'My bi polar wife is cheating on me out of the country'

my wife of 15 years has recently been diagnosed with bp. She has been off work for 3 years due to carpel tunnel in her wrists. She says now she needs some time away from me and 2 kids (11 and 13) She went on one week trip to Jamaica with g/f in Sept. all was o.k. She then says in Nov. she wants to go back for two weeks with same g/f. I let her, reluctantly, to go. Second week of her trip I see her g/f at her office working as I drive by. I ask and she says she wasn't allowed to stay second week and my wife is fine but she lost her meds the first week and was off them for 5 days before she got new prescription. Then wife calls on the Sat. when I was to pick her up and says she extended her stay for a week. Wants to go to big Raggae concert in Negril. When she comes home she is not apologetic says she is not happy in our relationship, I agree to support her anyway I can, thinking she is off her balance. Now she come to me last week and says she wants time out away but not know where to go and avoids us here until Sun. comes home and says she walked into travel office and booked a last minute trip to Panama for two weeks to find herself. I don't try to stop her too much as she is set in her ways.. I become suspicious after another good g/f suggests I see about her cell phone usage and see lots of calls in past week and there is Jamaican number on there. I call her inbox and there is a message from Jamaican man saying he will meet her at the airport and get the room she booked. Now I am worried if I call and confront her she will not come home or try to hurt herself, don't know now what she is capable of. Please help.
