'Help'

I have been with my wife for 20 years. This last month she has been paranoid beyond belief. I managed to put her in the hospital for a week. Breezed right through the doctors. She wants a divorce and is now with a stranger in New Jersey. I am exhausted. I had to spend a few days with our neice to regain my sanity. I do not want a divorce but she has filed. She thanks I am conspiring against her. HIPPA is now preventing me from talking to her docctors. A few years ago ECT was the only thing that could bring her back into reality but she lost all the memory of our past. She has Lynch Syndrome. She has had breast cancer, endometrial cancer, and breast cancer. She has a 80% chance of getting more cancer. She has to have extensive scans every year. She could die if I have to leave but I don't know what I can do. Her entire family has tried to talk to her. She screams at everyone. She is on the latest meds. I love her but am exhausted. I need help also. Thank You, David
